Payment Policy

Δ All payment issues will be handled by the company to the service receiver.
Δ One-month advance deposit needs to be paid for caregiver/nursing service, which shall be adjusted with last month payment of the caregiver service.
Δ Two separate festival bonus payment request which would be equivalent to one-month gross salary will be provided twice in a year during the festival time.
Δ According to labor law at least 4 days monthly leave will be provided. If anyone continue this service during holiday additional payment need to be paid.
Δ Festival bonus is excluding this quotation. Two separate festival bonus payment request which would be equivalent to one-month gross salary will be provided twice in a year during the festival time.
Δ Performance allowance would be shared from company amount.
Δ Service discontinue notice have to be submitted to administration department minimum 30 working day earlier in written (email). In the event of request from patient side to stop the caregiver service one (01) month service bill has to pay without any deduction.

All payment transaction during receive or refund will be done through Banking Channel or sometimes throughout Bkash.
